#Nordstrom is just another retailer of a long list of retail stores like #Macy’s, Lord and Taylor, #JCPenney, suffering the slow (now rapid) decline into oblivion. The only thing worse than being one of these sinking, brain-dead, companies, is being a brain-dead landlord to one or more of these brain-dead retailers. #Simon and #Macerich are the undisputed leaders of these stinker zombie REITS. What smells so bad??
